PAYMENT TERMS:
Registration is not complete until payment is made. Payment is due one week before the first day of course. If requesting invoicing to purchase order, fax PO to 860-298-9535. Payment of invoices to POs is due one week before the first day of course.

COURSE CANCELLATION POLICY:
If you cancel at least 10 business days prior to the scheduled course, you receive a full refund. If you cancel less then 10 business days before the course, you incur a $500 cancellation fee. No-shows are responsible for the full course fee.

Minimum six students required for a course. Bloomy Controls reserves the right to cancel any course. If a course is cancelled, you receive a full refund of the course fee only. Bloomy Controls is not liable for airfare, hotel, or any other expenses.
 
COURSE RESCHEDULE POLICY:
If you reschedule at least 10 business days prior to the scheduled course, you incur no penalty. If you reschedule less than 10 business days prior to the course, you incur a $250 rescheduling fee.
