The rate of growth of the solar industry drove the need for a rapid solution to our dynamic test needs. Prior to the Universal Test System, we conducted test and calibration using a production machine. This consumed valuable production time which, in turn, increased our cycle time. With the versatility and scalability of the universal fixture, we now have the ability to develop a specific UUT interface for each of the boards we manufacture. This allows us to conduct test and calibration activities without consuming production time.
