Systems Integration Lab (SIL) Best Practices
Hardware-In-the-Loop (HIL) and Systems Integration Lab (SIL) testing are critical techniques for the validation, verification, integration and certification of electric aircraft. BLOOMY has commercial offerings for the simulation and test of autonomous systems, battery, engine, environmental, and flight controls, mission, propulsion, and vehicle management systems, as well as sensors, actuators and avionic buses.
Exhibits
BLOOMY will showcase our commercial battery cell simulators as well as a full-scale 800V Battery Cell Simulation Tower. The Battery Simulator 1201 and the Advanced Battery Simulator 800 are the safe, efficient means of testing battery-sensitive electronic systems such as LRUs and avionic instruments. The 800V Battery Cell Simulation Tower is a reference architecture for high-voltage battery simulation, providing full, immediate control of the BMS without the delays and hazards inherent with charging and discharging real battery cells. It is a must have for every high voltage battery electrification test lab!
