Bloomy Controls Inc. (Bloomy) has passed its yearly ISO 9001:2008 certification surveillance audit for its quality management system that guides the company’s design, manufacture and provision of services for automated test, data acquisition and control systems. Bloomy’s three facilities in Windsor, Conn.; Marlborough, Mass.; and Fair Lawn, N.J. earned this certification in 2014 following an independent audit by ANAB-accredited American Systems Registrar.
“2015 has been an exceptional year for Bloomy, serving as our first year of implementation and management of the ISO 9001:2008 process”, says Steven Hoenig, Bloomy NJ Unit Leader and Quality Management Representative. “Definitive measurement of our performance on key quality metrics has added immeasurably to our ability to understand and optimize the impact of our business decisions”. Hoenig continues, “One of the more pleasing outcomes of the past year’s quality measures has been the consistent achievement of 100% customer satisfaction. Knowing that our customers are seeing the benefits of our quality system first hand is the most tangible validation of Bloomy’s quality efforts”.
