As every business adapts to the global COVID-19 pandemic, Bloomy is closely monitoring the situation and adhering to the recommendations of public health officials as well as local, state and federal governments in the regions that we operate. The health and safety of our employees, customers, partners, suppliers, and the general public is our top priority. Therefore, Bloomy is following the Center for Disease Control’s published Interim Guidance for Businesses and Employers, including social distancing. Effective March 13th, 2020, we have restricted business travel and most Bloomy employees are required to work from home. All sales activities are conducted remotely in order to avoid in-person interactions. Our subject matter experts are readily available to participate in web meetings in order to advance customer projects from concept to realization. We are processing quotes, orders, and deliveries as usual.
We continue to deliver technical support via phone, email and web conferencing. Onsite support is temporarily suspended, except for mission-critical situations where sanitization and distancing are tightly controlled.
Onsite and classroom training are suspended at least through June. Note that NI is making all NI online courses available for free. Please visit NI online training resources for more information.
Our production teams have established a safe environment with sanitization and distancing and will continue to manufacture and ship products and systems. In case of any delays due to circumstances outside of our control, such as supply chain delays, our program office will inform you promptly.
